Online Banking Slow? Don’t Assume It’s Your Computer
We are getting several calls from clients thinking there is something wrong with their computer or electronic device because they are having issues with their online banking. It’s probably not your equipment. Online banking is experiencing a very high demand now, which is making banking sites hard to access, or they are very slow in responding to user requests. Try accessing your banking website at another time, or just be patient.
Will’s October Work Schedule
For the month of October I will continue to work a part-time schedule to support my physical therapy needs. The hours I’m working will be:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday-9 am-1 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday- 1 pm – 5 pm

Baring an unforeseen circumstance, our business will return to normal hours of operation in November.

I’ve always been a big believer in the Malwarebytes company and product. I’m proud to announce that FACS, LLC is now partnering with Malwarebytes to better service our clients. I look forward to the new opportunities this provides for both our company and our clients.
I realize version 3 has had some “bumps in the road” with the real time protection unexpectedly cutting itself off, but the latest build update seems to finally have addressed that quirk. I have been impressed with the responsiveness Malwarebytes has shown to this critical issue. If you are experiencing this problem, you should uninstall your current version, and download the latest version of the software from the Malwarebytes website.
